I just got a taste of "blame-storm" 2008 that will happen Friday. I had a talkin' too @ lunch. 
Same shit different day -
Boss: "what can we do to get better?"
Me: "well, considering we have not done anything to improve on our faults that we pointed out to each other from last year's "blame-storm" I'd say things are looking pretty good."
