but also...what would I get? i aint hurtin my gut for nothing....the cinnamon got me some money cause he was so sure i wouldnt be able to do it

You can't mix it, just drink straight white milk (2%, vitamin D ect...). The challenge is not drinking it within an hour, it's keeping it down.
