Did you get a traffic violation or is a misdemeanor charge?

 

Try having a wife who's 6 months pregnant. Lately weekends have been reserved for "baby stuff" that needs to get done.

 

i got the ticket. I will have to go to court per the lady on the phone.

So long as the ticket doesnt say racing you should be fine.

Go into court and hear the plea bargin. If you don't like the plea then ask to leave and reschedule with a lawyer.

More than likely you'll do an 8 hour drivers ed course and a fine. Maybe some community service. Ideally the plea will not put points on your liscence. Of course all of this depends on your previous record.

it does not say racing, only reason i got the ticket i was told by the officer that it went over the air. he seemed really cool. i just wondered if the lawyer was worth the all the problems or not. where is my lawyer Pete @? my record is clean for the last 10 to 15 years. not tickets i can remember and one wreck from a guy who stopped half way thru inter-section for the light , my old van i drove didnt.

 

22 of jan is court date so this mean lots of snow and ice around that date! Just informing all of you in advance.
