an ACT clutch and HD PP with a 8lb flywheel is what we discovered was installed previously. makes sense why it was SUPER loud/buzzing with a very stiff pedal and hard as shit to drive in traffic.

Big to Jordan for the help with everything! Really appreciate it dude!
My pleasure. You really can't work on a car too many times....unless it starts with an F and ends in ORD.....

Intersting find. Did you reuse any of it or did you just replace it all?

Awe man, get off Ford! I've owned a plenty, raced all but one and never had any kinda issues! Not to mention, you can build just about ANY one of them, no matter which, for cheap cheap cheap! It's the people that put junk parts on them, like the apc ghetto junk on civics and it breaks that gives them a bad name Of course, that could be said for just about everything.. haha

Today.......it is subject to change.

I'm thinking I'll just keep my car for now, and should I need to 4dr, I'll swap cars with Rachel for the day. Once I am needing 4dr's nearly everyday, I'll hopefully have the S paid off and will get another car.

Check back tomorrow for another thought on this matter

agreed, although I have very limited use with them. My dad's old Saleen never gave us any issues. Was a company car, so if it had it wouldn't have affected us.

Jordan did 100% of the work. He worked on it on Monday and had it done sometime early Tuesday. But he ran into a few problems with existing cross-threaded bolts.

We used all new parts. I did NOT want any more headaches over that old clutch set up. If you enjoy driving your car.... DO NOT BUY that ACT kit with the Flywheel (dont know the exact kit). it was F'n garbage.

We were going to sell the S and her PT Cruiser and get an FX35 or something but now we are thinking about keeping both. I'm sure we will switch ideas weekly too.

Lol, it will be cheaper to just stay where we are too. Even if I traded my car in to not have to pay sales tax, id be taking less for the car so its a wash.
