Most likely I'd list my place this year. Do you have an agency you'll be working with?

Also, for the local Honda heads. What's the real risk here in Nashville/Boro w/ driving a ITR? It wouldn't be a DD but I also don't want to have to be all Jersey w/ it either.

Yea, I'll be working with the Wilson team(they are with century 21) out of mount Juliet. They are I think the highest ranked century 21 team in this region, and something like 21st in the nation for c.entury 21.

Super legit group of guys and gals. Seriously can't wait to be apart of their team.

I'd say get the itr if it isn't a dd and is garaged at home!

I dunno. I have a budget for a 2nd car....have something in mind but doing my research. Was toying w/ the ITR idea. Also, thinking about a Cooper S or a Mazdaspeed Miata (I know I know lol) It's light, FI from the factory and fun.

Also, I might give you a ring when the time comes for the house. I'm not too far from MJ and want a good agency to list this ish.

I don't even work there yet, but I would still recommend them in a heart beat!

For now, staying around TN. Probably rent something in/around Franklin/Boro. Although I've mentioned to work about a possible foreign assignment in Toronto.

The Miata would be my first choice anyway
