That thing has a GREAT picture too! And yes, he games on it. I played a bit of GT5 I believe it was at his house on it, looked great.. No side scrolling at all and the colors were very vibrant.

Yeah, even though Sony has pretty much been the leader for decades, they haven't turned a profit in almost as long. As expensive as they are, they've been making TVs at a loss forever. The news and rumors have been bouncing all over the place. The latest report seems to be that they will just be slapping their name on TV's that they don't make.

Been happening, with all makers from what I understand.

 

I will look when i get home but its at least a year old now. Plasmas have come a long way and you just cant beat them for the price. Panasonic makes some of the very best plasma screens

 

One more week and ill be making my last payment on a 9k loan.
