1st. You were on the phone with the police during a high speed chase?
They would have told you to stop. Their first and only concern would be for the public.
2nd. You pitted the car? Doubtfully
Patrol officers train for weeks to use tactics like this. The likelihood that you pulled one on the first try with adrenilane pumping is a 10000 to one shot.
3rd. I don't know where you live but I am sure that there are laws limiting physical force to protect personal property. 2 or 3 guys stomping another's face into the ground over stealing a car is way over the top. No officer would let you walk on that. Calm down American history Xbox.
4th. Why snap a photo of the BMW in the light and the 240 hours later in the dark. One looks like a crime scene photo. The other looks like bullshit.
