testing would have to be more time frame specific though. you couldnt be denied workers comp or employment beacuse you tested for smoking in the past 30 days if it were legal. even if you were high at work.

My friends dad is like that too. I never knew till a couple years ago, he always seemed normal to me.

theres test for that, BAC test. We fire people for being intoxicated. But i have worked places that let it slide. its just too much of a risk when in construction.
