no idea, i still wouldnt smoke... but its seems to mea that theres way more pros then cons to making it legal.

The cons are fabricated - it's no different than prohibition in the earlier 20th century. The fact that alcohol & tobacco consumption are perfectly ok is proof enough of how ignorant the legality issues are that marijuana has.

as someone in managment i see an issue with people showing up to work high more then drunk if it were to be legal. but thats just my opinion.

but that is because we as a society are conditioned to think that it is bad. How can being "high" off weed by any worse than being "drunk" when it applies to being @ work? Either would be a problem.

LOL yea it would be a problem either way. my point is i would have a harder time with high employees rather then drunk ones. im not comparing which one is worse just that the frequency would be greater with weed. but if you get hurt and have anything in your system its fail on workers comp and termination. doesnt matter when you smoked it. but we require a blood test and urine.
