yeah, we rented this place sight unseen with the Vadster's help. It's a marvelous neighborhood and we'd stay here, but the owner is delusional in what this house is worth right now with it's laundry list of issues. Somehow she thinks it's worth $37k more than what she was asking last year, and couldn't get a buyer then. There's a lot of houses out there in our price range that have been updated or are new builds that blow this one away.
