still totally dead here & very hostile - weekly blow ups are a regular thing. We're having a "meeting" that wasn't on our company calendar last Friday (time of last blow up) now we are. It is a tad early in the year to start "blame storming 2010" usually the schit on the inside people fest happens in late March or April...
