anyone else have the restaurant "The Spice Rack"?
aka, titties n tacos.
kinda like a south-o-the-border themed hooters (but unfortunately seemingly less stringent hiring staff
). some of them are FTW though.

...not that I am fan of Hooters, but the +1's in just this group alone well exceed the "talent" @ Hooters
