Yea Im sure it is. The guy Im buying the car from seems like a really nice guy he even took the car to honda and had them do all the maintenance it needed to this point and had them check everything for me and they said the car is in great shape for the year and millage

Mine has 163K miles, and not planning a rebuild for a long time. I'd run it till it failed, then rebuild it. Sounds like a great deal! Keep an eye out for me as I'm in Goodlettsville.

Good luck on the travel to get the new car. My first S2000 was a little over 8 hours away. Hitched a ride with a friend that was on his way to New York, they dropped me off and said you better like the car or go home via greyhound!

Seriously thought 162k miles is nothin for these cars. Unless you suspect abuse or some loss of power I wouldn't worry. Unless you have a hankerin' for a big bore kit then by all means, rebuild that beotch. You have the ap2 with the better valve train so you are prolly good.
