Nashville Superspeedway HPDE's

Luke, you must be in Memphis for RA to be 8 hours. If so, look for Memphis Motorsports Park in Millingtion. they have a road course built into the NHRA strip. I think you would find some local BMW or PCA clubs renting there. Also, not a far trip from Memphis is St. Louis, Gateway International. It's a road course inside the NASCAR track there. Let's see, how far is Hallet Raceway from there. I think it's in Oaklahoma.

The problem with Memphis is that all the money goes towards the drag strip and oval and the road course (imho) is neglected. This could be Barber bias talking, but as cheap as it is, I still haven't run there. I still might. I've thought heavily about St. Louie, but I fear more of the same, with part of the course running up on the oval. Nashville, at least at first glance, seems at little more dedicated. Maybe, maybe not. I'll look into Hallet.
Have any of you been on both STL and BNA and can offer differences? I will run RA, it's just a matter of time. Call me spoiled

Late to the party here... ran Nashville Superspeedway w/ the Mustang guys in May I think it was. While it was fun, it was one of those events where there was a large disparity in skill amongst classes. Additionally, after my experience there, I'm not going to go back to a roval track until I've got some baffles. I've blown a motor once already due to oil starvation; perhaps I'm just being paranoid, but I don't want to blow another motor!
