Default Motorsports Park @ The National Corvette Museum

Stealing this from another thread on Tennesspeed.net, but figured we have enough track guys to make it relevant.

Once this track is completed, we'll have four tracks within a few hours of Nashville. Is that enough to start a Southeast S2000 Challenge series???

- Nashville Speedway
- Barber Motorsports
- Road Atlanta
- Corvette Motorsports Park

Thoughts??? Dudes... I'm excited!!!

Also I love karting, so that would be awesome too. They make for fun meets.

That is badass. Do you know when their projected completion date is?

This will be awesome whenever it's done.

whatever the projected completion is (I can't find one), tack on an extra year just for good measure...

They have the land and paid for land at that.......so I hear. I could not get the lady to tell me exactly where but close, like just across the interstate. They are looking for donations and we will see if they go for the 5+ mile version.

5 mile track. Definitely sounds like a Corvette track.

The design posted looked like a north 2.5 mile and a south 2.5 mile that could be put together for a long main track. Maybe....I could not get the diagram to enlarge. Anyway, it's getting closer to reality and that's way cool.
