Default Gremlin Day for Importsport

Ok...for whatever reason Gremlins like to come play in Jason's car everytime we try to work on it. Well, all in all, diff fluid changed...minus one drain bolt crush washer *hoping its not a big deal for a couple weeks til we get that on there* and front rotors and pads on.... Gremlins got in some though...EPS light came on for a trip around the block then went off after restarting the car.... weirdo things happen for some reason. Here are some photo documentation of the eventful day though

Look at the product baby!

Coke C2 our fluid for part of the day

Diff took a leak

Doing what I do best...sitting down

Actually....

Poor Lil guy out in the rain alone.....

Looking for Gremlins that caused our routine problematic day

Nice easy drive into work today. Nothing wrong, checked the diff plug and it's dry as a bone. Brakes are responding just fine but I'm still babing them and the EPS isnt showing any problems at all

I think there is a neutral position sensor on the EPS and possibly when you turned the wheel it knocked it out of that position so when you started the car it threw the EPS light.... and then once you pulled back in straight and it went back into position it sorta re-set the sensor and turned your EPS back on the next start. Just a theory

My powersteering EPS light went on after the rotor install which was very odd since we didnt really touch any portion of the powersteering during the entire procedure.

Everything seems great now though

I saw the Amuse box and was hoping for an exhaust install

At least we know the lip is authentic!
