Default DM: Brad's Header Install

The other weekend I stayed at Matt's to get up early that saturday morning and install Brad's ARK header on his NFR AP2.

He drove from Nolensville to Goodletsville, so his engine was nice and scorching. While we waited for it to cool a little, we gravity bled the brakes and gave it a proper look around since he had just recently bought it.

We finally got to work on the header after some chatting and sharing plans. And of course we started by removing the thick heavy stock exhaust manifold.

The ARK weighed 4.6lbs lighter than stock (thought it'd weigh even less honestly)

A few pics of us working...was ridiculously hot out. Thank God for garages.

We got the ARK in with no issues at all, but when reinstalling the Catalytic Converter (waiting on Berk TP), we found the ARK's flange was threaded and that became a pain with the old flimsy Honda bolts.

The ARK badge has very VERY sharp edges, barely slid my knuckles across and it left the following:

Tips for next time: Remember Gloves!

End.

Great write up guys looked like a blast. Wish I didn't live so far away from Matt's place.
