Disc Golf thread....
Lets open it up to everyone who is interested.
I've only played a few local courses, so I'd be interested in hearing what others have to say about course I haven't been too.
Two Rivers Park - MAP - Course Review - Is a nice open course, not too many tree's. Has a number of longer holes.
Cedar Hill Park - MAP - Course Review - Lots of tree's and is a great challenging course. Some pretty short holes, but a few longer holes as well.
Sanders Ferry Park - MAP - Course Review - Fairly open course as well. Has a good amount of real long holes. There is some water you play near and can even throw over water if you are up to the task. I only have 4 disc and carry only 2 at a time, so Im not up to the challenge.
Clarksville - There is the only course I have seen an played, but its a smaller course. Couple long holes, but lots of tree's.

There's no way Crockett is the best course in Mid TN. The newest 18 hole, but nowhere near the best. Cedar Hill and Sharp Springs are way nicer and more challenging. Seven Oaks, Cedars of Lebanon, Barfield, etc are all more fun.
Not trying to hate on Crockett, just put it in perspective.

Thus far, having only played 4 courses here, my fav is Cedar Hill.
Bro-in-law and I are going to go check Cedar Hill out tonight. I'm almost certain we wont be able to play holes 7-10, but the rest should be ok to play.

another one to consider is in cookeville. a bit of a drive if you aren't currently a student at TTU, one of the benefits of being a student here. it is at cane creek park and is a very fun course. the first 9 are open and challenging to get your distance down. the back 9 are almost completely wooded and extremely challenging. 16 is over water, and i have lost at least a few discs there

Cedar Hill Park was fine the other day. A little soggy in some area's of hole 7, but other then that it was just like any other rain storm had hit the course.
