Day trip across E. Tennessee
Thought I would share some pics from a day trip some friends and I took this past Saturday. This trip was the first drive I had been on in the S.
This trip started in Gatlinberg and went to: Cherokee, Asheville, Boone, Shadey Valley, aka. 421 aka. The Snake (just ouside Bristol) Johnson City, Greenville and then back to Knoxville.
We met up w/ Jakkfrostt in Maryville and picked up another friend in Gatlinberg. Our day offically started at 7:30a.m. and ended at 12:30a.m. We covered well over 400 miles.
Here are a few pic's, and the quality is not great.

The S is a wonderful car, glad I finally have one. The vehicle really communicates to me, much more so than the miata that I had.
My wife told me that the handling/ride was better in the S than the miata even w/o doing anything to it yet, but she did say that she wanted me to start looking for sways just so when on runs she wouldn't get pitched around.

She is pretty cool with the whole modding thing to an extent, but after being in the club for over 2 years she has learned, listening from other people, what you can do to make a car more performace oriented. What's funny now is when were out on a run sometime's she will point out my mistakes or critique my driving. So now I call her my little race engineer.

Its all in fun, and really hillarious when she's wrong! And if it gets to a point where I need her to have some quiet time, when we get into a curve I will kick the rear out a little and sometimes a lot and that will usually do the trick, espeacially if she doesn't expect it. LOL
