Man, I dont think I could drive it to kentucky, and I dont know if My insurance would tow it that far, i could look into it though, I definitely appreciate the responses. What do you think about the front drivers wheel being turned out when the steering wheel is straight. Could that just be out of alignment or probably something bent, any ideas?

well insurance will cover it, I just need a good reputable shop so I can have my car back to EXACTLY how it was. I just dont want to have to take it back to a body shop 3 or 4 times to get them to correct things that werent done right.

I know people, not shops. Not sure how your insurance will work with personal side shops.

thats true. Yeah good point.
Well...my car is now in the shop anyways..it just went in this morning. Im pretty uneasy about the whole situation really. Its at Autofair Chevrolet because geico(who I have insurance with) has an office there and my adjuster will be there at all times overlooking the repairs. I dont really mind that its a chevy dealer because they had lots of other cars there--even a bmw z3, and their facility is nice. Its more the fact that it used to be Bill Heard Chevrolet and there was alot of distrustful stuff going on there. Hopefully everything will turn out ok and I told them to call me before they mess with anything mechanical on the car or if they have to change any fluids so I can tell them what to use. I just hope its done right. The dealer is under new management and Im supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the repairs since its at a "geico approved" repair shop...so we will see..

Actually yes, I appreciate you keeping interest and following up with me NVMY. I talked to my adjuster today who has a office at the dealership. They have put the car on a lift and inspected underneath the car. He said everything underneath looks to be in good shape, nothing looks damaged. Although my exhaust tips got a little scuffed from taking it off the flatbed truck, as it is lowered. There doesnt seem to be anthing bent body wise. Im just not quite sure how nothing underneath can be bent, yet, the toe is out as the steering wheel is not straight when wheels are, and the camber is off in both the front and back.Im sure they will figure out more when they get it on the alignment rack. I was a little sketchy with it being at a chevrolet dealer, but the people there have been pretty nice and the geico adjuster has been great. Also the new owner of the Autofair Chevrolet(previously Bill Heard) gives out his cell and home number to reach him directly if you have any problems. So I guess all is going well so far. I have one bent wheel and one tire that will have to be replaced. I drove by there on the way home from work yesterday and it was in their fenced in lot with the front bumper off, so I guess they are starting to tear it down. I will let you know more when I find something else out, thanks!
