Let's go racing at Barber!!!

Wait... I thought S2000's weren't permitted on Barber because of rollbar restrictions? Garry Davis (Alabama Region) corrected me that for 2010 their rules have been updated, and are now allowing S2000s at driving events with their tops up and/or hardtops in place.

Folks, I have been to several tracks across the southeast, and after my recent visit to Barber I am in awe at how awesome this facility is. From the grounds, to the course layout itself, it is world-class premiere racing destination.

Do yourself the favor and sign up before registration is full...

$375 for two days of instructor led training is a STEAL at a track like this!!!

Once registered, call the Hampton Inn (literally across the street from the track) and get your group rate (Alabama PCA) for $95 a night!

Hampton Inn - Leeds, AL

See everyone in June!!!

I was supposed to go back to Road Atlanta the same weekend, but now I'm not so sure

They aren't requiring a seat and harness either?

I'm already signed up for RA same weekend too. There will be a BMW event at Barber last of May I think. If the rules changed that would be good. Rooke told me about it but I haven't checked it out yet. Rooke is at RA right now in school and will be back at Barber June 19-20 I think.
