I just picked up a 2002 S2000 and the back tires are completely smooth.
Where's a cheap place to get tires around here?

I don't live here, but i'll be here for a few days.

Also, should the dipstick on this car only show oil in the grooves?

It's not surrounding the stick, just a little in the grooves.

If anyone knows any of this please call ASAP!
