I agree with ron...lets find a spot out in the main parking lot...not garage so we don't ruffle any feathers...we want the cars seen as much as possible anyways. i will report here and on face book where we are in the lot that night.
i am also going to contact them today to see about any meeting rooms they may be able to offer us...if not we may be forced into separate tables in one section.. i will see what we can do.

we got seating arrangements and special staffing for the night at BJ's so everything is a go.
I told them we would probably be walking in around 7:20 to sit at 7:30 so lets plan on trying to get parked between 7and 7:20pm OK?

is it easy to assemble???...I am a picture menu at McDonalds kind of retard. i need to know what a canopy is vs a 4 legged pop up tent thingy...or are we describing the same thing.
