Driving School
Does anyone have any experience with driving schools? It's always been a longtime dream of going to Skip Barber Racing School, but I don't have 12k+ to spend on it. This first Auto-X really inspired me and would love to get better and learn more. Does anyone have any input or experience they can offer regarding professional racing instruction?

You should look into http://www.chinmotorsports.com/. I know several people who have done it and they enjoyed it.
I originally did two weekends with a group called Track Time unfortunately they got out of the sports car world and are doing a NASCAR type experience. MY original course was $450 for the weekend which gave you three hours of track time ( plus all the stuff you could break on your car LOL, hotel and meals) I used to spend about $1000 for a full weekend but I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. Running Sebring as fast as you can is an experience that will be with you forever.

Chinmotorsports puts on an awesome venue. Been to Sebring 2 times beit not in the S2000. 160MPH down the back stretch is a thrill, especially when you are turning into the rough ass are going into the grandstands area above Pit Row.
