Do you have some sort of spacer kit available so that the NRG ETD can be used with the 4 point strut bar?

i have the 4pt STB with the ETD bracket install but the hood will be resting on the STB. if this bothers you, you can use the Puddymod mount/bracket with the NRG ETD.

mine w/ ETD bracket & 4pt STB:

My hood is vented and I've pulled the insulation pad, so the STB hitting the hood shouldn't be an issue for me. If need be, I can always put dents in the hood supports to clear the bar.
What did you use on the driver side of the STB to keep it from being lopsided and what did you use for spacers for the two lower mounts?

no spacers were use at all.

it's only a few mm raise & i left it as is on the driver side.
no spacers were use for the lower mounts.

it mounted nicely.
