Moddiction, any word on this? its been a week since you have emailed them.

I heard from them last night. I asked for a no BS answer on what the hell is going on. Said parts were delayed coming to them, worker quit, etc.

All I can go by is what they tell me. I am hoping this latest update is finally what is happening. They said they are finishing assembling the hardware. Not sure how that hasn't been done over the almost 3 months people have been waiting but no control over that.
They said they should have them start shipping this weekend and have all shipped out by the end of next week. I think they are a very small company or just 1 or 2 people and must have gotten overwhelmed by the order size idk. 3 months is waay too long no matter what the reasons are.
So that is the only update I have right now.

My suggestion is that instead of emailing whomever you are emailing that you personally make a visit to physically verify what is going on and where they are in the process and put some pressure on them to get this finished and sent out. Taking people's money for a product that you say will take about 5 weeks for order fulfillment and then mildly sitting by watching this unfold is absurd. Additionally, I think you should do something for all the people who have been waiting this long. Please provide a tracking number ASAP.
