Here is some information from the racing subforum someone posted. Hope they don't mind me re posting what they said. If so I will take it down.

Ya, I have one, and use it on Track. 01 AP1.
These bars are the best!
I originally bought it for autoX. The saner bar is the standard in AutoX.
On the Track it works great also.

Full stiff is for autox only- or if you want the car to drive like a front wheel drive.
Mid stiff can be used for track or autox, depending on the size/type tires you run and how comfortable you feel with the rear ends level of loosness.
Fulll Soft is for the Track and is 3x stronger than the stock bar.

The bar is not necessary if you run stiff springs in the front to make up for it and use a square tire setup.
I still havent even touched on adjustable heim joint end links and pre loading.
It is heavy, but This bar is great.

I'll have the shipping quote tomorrow for you. I wouldn't think it would be more than an extra $10 or so but I'll let you know once I hear back from Saner.

So far we have 3 sway bar orders in! Should fill up quickly I think. If we can get to 20 though will be some more savings for everyone!
