Default High Air Flow, Lightweight, 2-Piece Front & Rear Brake Rotor Upgrades

URGE designs Flow rear rotors $800 + Optional (customer can DIY) bracket modification $100
  • 2 piece vented rear rotor vs solid OEM rear rotor
  • Significant reduction in rear brake temps, eliminate rear bearing failures
  • Customer proven over 170 degrees F after cool down lap, significantly cooler on track
  • Customer proven to reduce front brake temps as rears don't fade, maintain consistent brake force (Front BBK 40 degrees F after a cool down lap, much cooler on track)
  • Saves ~4 lbs total weight; ~2 lbs per rotor
  • Must modify rear brake brackets or purchase URGE modified brake brackets
  • Read full story on our website

Girodisc 2 piece front rotors $800
  • 2 piece curved vanes rotors vs OEM straight vaned rotors
  • Curved vanes increase centrifugal effect pulling more air through the rotor
  • Additionally curved vanes have more internal surface area increasing heat dissipation over OEM
  • 30 vane rotors vs 24 for OEM also increasing air flow and surface area for heat dissipation vs OEM
  • 2 piece rotors eliminate cracked rotors common to S2000 OEM and aftermarket 1 piece rotors due to lack of flexibility when overheated
  • Reduce maintenance cost with longer pad life reduction due to lower temperature and in premature disc failure

Combine URGE Flow rear rotors with Girodisc front rotors for comparable brake improvement of a front BBK with stock rear rotors
(Ask about combo discount)
  • URGE Flow rears dramatically reduce rear brake temps AND moderately reduce front brake temps vs OEM solid rear rotors
  • Girodisc fronts additionally reduce front brake temps vs OEM
  • Upgrading both rotors have a compounding reduction in front brake temps
  • Keep OEM shape pads front and rear

Interested in quoting AP1 front and rear 4 piston calipers, high cooling rotors, and mounting brakcets. As well as maybe packaging some stainless brake lines.
