Default Hankook's Answer to The Advan A050 Introducing Ven

Hey guys just wanted to give you guys a sneak peak at Hankooks answer to the Advan A050. Introducing the Ventus Z221 TD!

Not too much information available on this tire as of yet. But word is that this tire was used on the Revolution TA-2 FD RX7 at the recent 08 Tsukuba Super Battle.
The TA-2 was the second fastest entry of the day, finishing just behind the Cyber Evo.

No word on what sizes, pricing or when these will be available in the US. But Im sure they will be much cheaper than the Advan A050. As soon as info is available I will update the post.

No pricing or sizes are available. This is just an announcement of what's coming later this year from Hankook.

I might look into these as track tires after I cord my NT-01. They are probably not a full R comp, but close enough for my taste (and budget!).

Sorry for being obscure, but I wasn't asking.

235/40-18 is the size available from Hankook's website, at approximately $550 per corner.

Seriously. If it comes to the states anywhere near that price point, it had better shave years off your lap time.

Sexy lookin' tire, though.
