That person you're quoting on the mail may just be a lower-level employee. Nowhere does it say he's the chief of anything, but I think you're just misinterpreting his name as so. Also, there are TONS of products that are made in Japan that are only intended to be sold and carried in Japan for use for cars ONLY in Japan. This letter does not rule out the fact that these mats are fake, but more so saying that they cannot supply you with mats (possibly because consumers cannot go straight to Honda corporate to order certain things).

What you call harassment i call passing on info and my view of things,, i could care less what people buy, . i will wait and see what people post about the sets they get, who knows i may back in for a order or two, was was suprised what Honda wrote me and even called so all cali cry babies stop crying.
