Any painter worth his two cents could mask that off and paint that area in a matte finish for you if you desire it.

Would it be possible for the rear window trim, black to be more glossier?

That's correct, if you like it matte, I can have it matte.

Thanks for making this top. I put my order in yesterday and am really excited about a light OEM looking top.
Thanks

Right, but it's still painted. I'd rather paint the entire top one color, and then add or remove the vinyl trim as I like. I also think the vinyl will make it look more OEM than any paint. Once you paint it, there's no going back, its painted and you have to like it.

It'll also be easier for Alberto and crew to paint the tops one solid color, rather than having to do multiple coats and colors. Then apply the vinyl trim afterwards.

Sure I understand. Believe it or not, most will want it painted because it will blend in better then the vinyl.

When you get your top, do whatever you like to it in whatever configuration. If my vinyl guy can do something for this, I will let you guys know.

Is it me, or does the rear window not fit well.

Can you post close ups of the rear lexan window install?

Wow, they look real nice. I was hoping the price would be a bit lower though. On the painted ones, whats the liner going to be?

Its because the OEM uses a OEM seal in the rear. Honda no longer sells this rear seal and needs to be orders from Japen. I personally love the look because it exposes the carbon .

These are almost the same as my mugen top but I'm just adding the cost of the rear window. Rear window is pre-formed which cost a little over 300 dollars.

What do you mean by liner?
