When people are referring to the vinyl, is that the black border around the inside of the window? Also, with the price for single sided CF do you get to choose if you want that side inside or outside and obviously the opposite will be frp?

From what I gathered from this thread, yes the vinyl everyone is referring to is the one around the OUTSIDE of the window. Can't be inside because the glue will not adhere and properly stick to the window with the vinyl in the way.
With a single sided CF option, it will be one side of your choice. Other side will be FRP and you could have that painted for an additional charge.

Based off the last pics, it really looks like the glossy vinyl is on the inside? There's no line (where the vinyl would bump up from the window) to be seen in the reflections like the matte has.

The black trim in the rear window appears painted above the glass where oem's black trim is beneath the glass. Can it be painted underneath like oem?

The rear window is keeping me away from purchasing... the matte does not look good.

I agree. Also wondering if there's any way to apply it to the inside of the lexan for more of an OEM look.

Answered this a couple times guy. No way to put it in the inside due to the fact that the window glue can not be holding on to the vinyl. The glue needs to be held directly to the window or else it will fly off.

Hmm, so if i run my finger from the middle of the window down to the bottom, it would snag the vinyl? It seems the turbulence or rain/elements would over time begin to peel the vinyl from the window? Similar to a bumper sticker on a window when the corners start to peel off...Otherwise it looks great. Would paint work instead of vinyl? What exactly is the purpose of the vinyl (i assume to hide the window glue)?
