Finally got my HT..Love the look of it so far and here's a sneak pic of it on my car
I'm still tweaking a couple things on it since I'm getting some creaking sounds but hopefully adjustments will take care of it
I'll leave my opinions about the HT itself once I have perfectly mounted on my car

rosario717, I'm experiencing the same situation as you do. Got my HT install in about the same amount of time as you did.
I cut the seals too short too...what you gonna do to fix it? Mine has a pretty big gap between the seals. And I'm having creaking sounds on road bumps and imperfections. LMK what you gonna do to fix all these small issues. I'll keep update with your post.

Im getting another set of weather stripping overnighted to me from forbidden and going to make the window rubber alot longer than before. I have a huge gap as well but that was my own fault..I thought I put on the rear seal correct since I just followed the lines of the HT but so far has been pretty bad cause the cracking sounds are out of control.. The HT itself is rubbing up against the black molding that goes around the softtop area which is what is causing all of that noise> Forbidden sent me some pics of other installations and I am going to try again later on this week and put the rear weather stripping as close to the edge of the actual top as possible.
I'll keep you posted but overall the top looks great on the outside lol
double stripping was told would help with the cracking sounds, and hardware.
