does anyone know how to get this top to stop creaking!!??
i shinetsu-greased the seals, put foam between the hardware and the top and it still makes so much noise...like every crack in the road causes it to make noise

Let's say I'm deciding between this and a Rockstar Garage top - what is the benefit in going with a Forbidden top? Is yours a better fit? Is your hardware better? Feel free to PM me or post. My bonus is buying me a top shortly and price seems to be the same essentially. And the dble sided cf tops are install ready when they ship correct?

I ordered a fiberglass HT and i was just wondering how the fitment was compared to the infused ones. This kinda has me worried now that i should have just spent 150 extra and got a better top. The more and more i read, the more i get scared cause im thinking my top will leak and require more then 'normal' attention.

i ordered a hand laid frp top from forbidden, i finally got it painted and on the car. after a week or so of adjusting the top, i got it to sit where im happy with it. i have a squeak on the passenger side that im still trying to get rid of, but its not too big of a deal for me right now. alberto has great customer service, everytime i called or pm'd i got an answer. when i initially put the top on before paint, i noticed the passenger window hit a little bit so i had them sand it down, it clears now. overall im happy with the top, i get compliments about it all the time.

only issue i have is the passenger side sits alot lower than the drivers side, the molding on the door just clears the top. i mite bring it back to the bodyshop and have them sand that area down some

i ended going to the parts store and got some universal hood/trunk stopppers and superglued them to the stock stoppers
