Just wanted to share, since I couldn't find a feedback thread. I bought a hardware kit from Spyder a couple months ago and wanted to share my experience. After the money was sent, he took almost a week to reply to my PMs asking for tracking information and he never ended up sending it. When I received the kit, I noticed that it was missing one of the seals. After PMing him, he sent me another one at no cost. Now (after FINALLY getting painted), I've noticed that the brackets I received are missing holes in them. He hasn't offered to send me replacements. Since I ordered the hardware kit so long ago I don't think he really owes me new brackets, but it would be kind since they weren't manufactured properly.

Overall, it's been alright.

I did reply to your PM 3hrs ago and you havent replied back. I'm not the type of vendor who turns there back on you. I have no problem sending you new brackets. If your not happy with what you have, all you need to do is say so.

Got my top from Alberto with the faulty bracket as well and a few issues with top. He replied right away and took care of everything; no questions asked. He's sending me new brackets soon as he gets them. Thanks for everything Alberto.
