I got my seats and one of the seats was messed up.

The box looked like it was send around the globe first .

One of the seats was good, The other one, not so much as you can see.

I have not checked the rails yet.

....At this point I'll be happy if you can just send me another seat.
If you want I can ship the damaged seat back to you after the new one arrives (I need the box to ship it in), but you'll pay for shipping.

It looks like it was a defect that happened when the seat was assembled and it does not look like damage due to shipping (surprisingly, considering the condition of the box)


BTW. For everyone's information, Type 5 seats are pretty tight. I'm 32 and I fit really snugly.....no long trips for me

 

Talked to Ming earlier and he is going to send me a new seat and get Fed Ex to pick up an old one.

i'll replace the seat and deal with the claim so you dont' have to wait.

but i check every seat before it gets sent out.
so it was a shipping mishandling from fedex.
