Hey Rich;
Hopefully you saw my post on pg 32, but in case you didn't
First, I'm very picky about the car, so I did a lot of research before deciding on these, and the fender mods I'd need.
I'm getting staggered set, and going to run 225/255. Just received new Star Specs, while awaiting the Rims. My conversations with several tire people indicated that while 215/245 isn't an actual stretched look, the 225/255 is really a better fit for the rim size.
I'm dropped about 3/4 of an inch on PSS9s. I will roll rear fenders, relocate tab. Fronts will probably be ok as is, but might have to bend the liner tabs. Basically no biggie. If necessary, I'll run the UK spec alignment, which is approx. a -1 camber front and -2 rear. My local shop doesn't even think that will be necessary either.
Welcome to the club

I am getting PSS9s and star specs also, they will be here in a week or so, but plan to go down 1-1 1/2".
Is bending in the front fender tabs like rolling the fender?
How do you do that? Just tap the tabs with a hammer or something? i don't want to mess with the fender liner that's why I am worried about going 225. I will do a little more research.

The way we do it is we heat up the fender with a heat gun where the tabs are and then wear a pair of mechanics gloves and squeeze the tab up against the fender. Cause if you look there is nothing really to "roll" in the front, just the tabs.
The front is flared to fit large wheels, not rolled.
Another thing that I recommend would be to bend up all 3 tabs, and remove the center of the fender liner. cut the portion directly above the wheel out cause 90% of the time that is what you are rubbing on. Removing the whole fender liner will give you a lot of rock noise and road noise as well as expose the back of your headlight. So if you cut just the middle portion out you will be fine.
