So there is no way for 255 tires to fit in the rear? Is 225 on the front out of the question also? What would happen if I kept those sizes. Is it really that bad? What size tire options then will fit with these rims? Thanks

255 will fit in the rear by rolling the fenders. This does not affect the look of the car at all, you just flip the inside up.

225 on the front will require you to bend the tabs that normally hold the fender liner up.

Maybe this is a stupid question but why have a 9 inch rear if you can't stick some wider rubber on the car without having to roll fenders? I am not comfortable rolling my fenders for one. I guess these could not be made with a more friendly S2K offset? What are the offsets for the standard rpf1 wheels? Oh well, bump for a nice set of wheels!

Biggest reason is because Enkei does not offer the 9" wide wheel in a higher offset than 45.

Second reason is because most people who buy wider rims want a more aggressive stance as well as being able to run a wider tire.

Why are you not comfortable rolling your fenders? We are in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and offer fender rolling if you are interested. We have done over 20 local S2000's.
