people usually stick a felt pad on the seat where it touches the seatbelt, is that where the squeaking occurs?

I've always been aware that a seatbelt squeak was a posibility/probability but to be honest I havene't noted any squeak. Maybe I haven't been paying attention but will try to remember to note any sound next time I drive my car. Maybe it's my Invidia V3?
