They don't provide any torque specs. They just tell you not to becareful to not overtorque the valve or adapter.

Would this work on the Comptech S/c setup as the oil line plugs into the sump pan?

I don't believe so, as I believe the oil lines screw directly into the oil pan.

I believe the valve should work with X-braces, but I do not know if it will drip on your X-brace. The point that the oil flows is about 2 inches away from the OEM drain pan (2 inches parallel to the ground, not toward the ground)
