BUMP for an awesome product and first post! WOOOHOOO!
Cannot say much besides it was a direct fit and bolt on. Coolant temps stay at 183-190 while moving and will go up to 205-207 when the factory fan switch turns on. Alex advised to use their thicker o-ring and the factory skinny o-ring together to insure a proper seal. Although this looked a little weird installing both o-rings, the switch has not leaked at all for the past 5,000 miles.
I've attached pictures of my K&N FIPK intake with and without the box to show fitment. The FIPK box will fit with the stock radiator fans with a slight adjustment to the factory horn bracket to make it slightly shorter. The rubber molding around the box does touch the metal A/C line, I am not sure if this will cause problems down the line, I am taking my chances until I see a problem.
The reason I went with the Ballade Sports radiator instead of the more common Koyo or Mishimoto is because I have many of their products installed on my car without any issues. I also prefer to support a local shop over the main competitors as I value their dedication to the S2000.
Keep up the amazing work guys!
