Default Spoon ETD.
Picked this up from a local member last week.
Spoon Engine torque dampener. $275 didn't realize one of the tabs that holds the fuse box has to be cut off for this to fit. Not cutting anything on the CR so it's up for sale. Rare piece.

Does it have all the brackets, heat shield and hardware etc?

I have the Ingalls Engine Torque Damper. Installation is simple, and it works great.
Noticed the difference immediately.

I do. Oem heat shield is included with cut hole for ETD
