Well, if he wanted to pay 15k for your car then yes his budget is too low. However 15k is enough for a stock platform in those years with reasonable mileage

Get hold of Nick at myflys2K, his MY 2000 is for sale and you ain't gonna find a better maintained S2000 anywhere.
