email and ask for Joe Pavich at sales@jpmcoachworks.com , Joe is an S2000 owner and a member on the forums.

The door card inserts come part pretty easily from the door cards - just a few screws to remove once you get the door cards off the doors. You can remove the oem leather cover and send them the plastic underlying support, and they will install new leather on it. Once you get them back they are an easy install back into the door cards.

I have one, it's ok. For the money it costs to get to Canada with conversion and such I would just buy the blox weighted knob.

I'm not sure that the blox is countersunk, try removing the nut on the oem knob to see if it sits kow enough without it. The anvil is countersunk, I'm back and forth between the extender having it sit 3 inches higher or without and having it super low

I had an anvil on the lowest height I found it was easier to mishift with it so low. Now I have a blox 'type r' style mounted as high as it will go and it's so much better IMO

The OEM titanium shift knob is best.
