All pm's replied (finally... sorry for the super long delay)
And sorry for not including this statement in the post but..
Yes, I'm flexible with lowering the price if you do not want some of the aftermarket parts (given that I still have the stock parts)

**PRICE DROPPED!!**
Taking insurance off the car by the end of this month.. so two-ish more weeks before this ad goes down!
Going to storage soon = No more viewing and test driving
Mortgage approval = Not selling the car anymore
Come on, someone help me lower the mortgage payment and duration!

LOL I KNEW SOMEONE WOULD SAY SOMETHING EVENTUALLY
My car has been in storage for almost 1.5 years (left the country for work), sold the previous tires and slapped on some bald tires on When I pulled the car out of storage this year, I bought the Nankangs randomly just because I planned on selling the car soon and didn't want to slap on tires that will cost a grand just to drive for a few hundred miles.
I was going to shop for tires in the states, but these tires turned out to be way better than I thought.
These are no track tires, but for DD and occasional spirited driving, they do the job very well.
My friend has the NS2R semi-slick and he said they are phenomenal (I'm dying to try someday)
