Took an '03 around a track and an '04, the '04 was like .5s faster (2.0L) then they switched the tires (16's on the '04 and 17's on the '03) and basically the times flopped. The '04 was slightly faster than the '03 with the '03 tires because of the suspension though.

Actually Jason and Mann, if I read this very carefully, I think was james said is that the 03 with 04 tires was faster than 04 with 03 tires (hence the flop statement). That last sentence is a little confusing, but I think he meant to say that the 04 with 04 tires was faster than 03 with 03 tires due to suspension changes.
like i really care which car is faster on which tire...
