WT Borrow.
Thinking of removing my soft top and just going with a hard top. Looking to see if anyone has a hardtop that i can borrow to see if its worth it. Color doesnt matter, looking for oem or mugen. If you just got one sitting around LMK via PM.

If i put on a hardtop i would never use the soft top thus removing it. I just want to see how much noise the hardtop will make and if its gonna make my exhaust sound alot louder as it does slightly with the soft top up.

Does this help?
And to repeat what's been said - yes you can have the HT on the car w/ the ST still "installed" (it's just folded down)
In terms of interior impression, you'll find a bit more head room and rear window view increase a lot more.
But nothing still beats driving top down though.
My absolute limit to drive w/ the top down is about 8 degree celsius. Just gotta keep the heat @ full blast (and the windows up)

i know that the hard top can go over the soft top but will remove the ST regardless.... I love the look of the hardtop. I use to drive at -10C with the top down ... i hate the sun...lol.. well not really..... i want to borrow one to see if its worth the money and time.

I think perhaps what is trying to be said here is that your car, unless it has the hard top kit installed will not receive the hardtop.
There is a kit that must be installed in order to attached the hardtop. So, unless you go that far, you won't be able to just slap one on and try it out.
You'd be better off getting a ride from someone that has one already to see what it's like.

Ok, so since i need a hardtop kit installed is there anyone in the kitchener area that has a hard top on their car... so i can at least go for a ride to see what its like.... then depending on the ride will make the purchase for the hard top install kit.
