Default would you/had anyone bought an S off the dealers' showroom floor?

Specifically, I'm concerned about the possible damage/wear and tear to the clutch/tranny/synchros from the constant barrage a showroom car usually receives from all the people that sit in it and "play" with the stick for sh!ts and giggles..
would you buy such a car and try to get a "brand new" one? If so, does Honda Canada have some '04 stock in their Toronto warehouse or would I have order and wait 6-8 weeks?

Not sure if it was pawed on or not as it was out of province...but it was sitting there for quite a long time.

No worries thus far.

Depending on the price and how long you'll have to wait for the one that you want I guess....if it's just a few grands off and not long for yours to be arrived, I'll just pass and wait...

My mom's and gf's car are both off the show rooms, both are fine...we bargained alot on the price and warranty while buying them since they're show room cars, that's the advantage you get when buying these cars.....

Well so far it looks like $5,000 off msrp.. How much profit is there in an S anyway? I don't want to wait.

Lots and lots of profit.

Last time I checked they were in for a good 6k.

Tell them you'll give them 43k for it and thats that.

Let them feel that you're not going any lower than a certain price, don't let them lead on you or they'll rape your pocket.........

I think price is growing up slowly since snow is getting away......

This an '03 ?? I can't imagine them giving you that deal on an '04 because it's in the showroom? Some dealers LOCK the S in the showroom, I know the Ottawa dealers do and the dealer in brampton did as well.

This is a 04 but apparently it has been at the dealer since last fall. I'm not 100% sure that the car is open and accessible to anyone that wants to sit in it, bang the gears around, etc. Having a friend of mine look into that since it's not close to me.
When I was buying the Prelude, there was an S in the showroom (Brampton Honda) and I sat in it and of course played with the gears.

Quick Reply: would you/had anyone bought an S off the dealers' showroom floor?
