3. Increase Tire Pressure (2 CENTS PLEASE)
Yes - I put that blue foam crap you can get at home depot under the car also. It will form to your tires and keep the moisture down.
4. Run car for at least 10 minutes, drive around undergound every week or so (2 CENTS PLEASE)
NO! very bad for your car...why would you want to do so many dry starts? I park mine in Nov. . April come and she starts right up. Remember to take your battery out and bring it inside.
6. Do I really need a cover to protect the soft top from dust since I live in a CONDO (2 CENTS PLEASE)
Yes, especially in a condo. You see all that white crap that settles on the car? Ever notice people like to write things like "Wash me" in it? Well when you do end up washing it, you will have "wash me" nicely scratched into your clear coat from the person's finger when they wrote it on there....

Unless you start it every morning and evening letting it run for a few min it's hard on the cylindar walls since all the oil drains to the bottom of the pan.
Dry start = bad.
Same thing if you only use your car once a week. You can score the cylindar walls very easily.

That's why it's best to just leave it and only start it once when you're ready to bring it out of storage.
even now, one of our cars sits for 3-4 days every week without a start-up.

Well I guess if it's no too critical and crazy doesn't hurt right guy? SInce I know for a fact that cars that do go into storage need a stable room temperature and for sure humidity is not good for them! ahahhaha But that's just for classics and guess if you have the money for SUPERCARS like F1's etc....
