Well in the article they do mention that:
Goggin says most residents will have a net worth between $40 million and $70 million, and their homes here will most likely be their second, third or fourth.
So most likely the ones that do buy a property are car enthusiasts that will use this as their cottage / getaway home where they can do some recreational lapping.

Meh....if you have $40-$70 million lying around couldn't you just build your own private racetrack? Why would you want to live in a community if you have that scratch lying around?

we are so not going over the associated costs with building a race track


I would have no problem with hearing cars at the track outside. I would, however, want excellent sound insulation in the exterior walls.

Sure would top whatever else any other car guys have done in the past. Cept you'll also have all the law suits for the crashing idiots
